  • Any candidate will be shortlisted or contacted
  • Any business enquiry will result in a placement or contract
  • Any opportunity shown, discussed, or advertised will remain available

Recruitment outcomes depend on business requirements, candidate suitability, documentation, availability, and other operational considerations.


Worker Portal Access

Certain parts of the platform may be restricted to approved workers, accounts users, office/admin users, and super admin users. Portal access is subject to:

  • Approval by GCR International
  • Valid login credentials
  • Compliance with internal access and security controls
  • Use only by the authorised account holder

You may not share your login details with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

GCR International may suspend, limit, or revoke portal access at any time where necessary for security, operational, legal, or administrative reasons.


Worker Responsibilities in the Portal

Where portal access is granted, workers may be allowed to update personal details, upload CVs and certificates, access templates, submit timesheets, submit expense declarations, and download payslips according to the permissions assigned to their account.

Workers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Personal details remain accurate and up to date
  • Uploaded files are correct, complete, and in the required format
  • Timesheets and expense declarations are submitted truthfully and on time
  • Portal content and downloaded documents are handled responsibly and confidentially

GCR International may review submissions, apply approval steps, and maintain records of uploads, actions, and portal activity.


Payslips, Timesheets, and Expense Declarations

The portal may allow workers to submit timesheets weekly, upload expense declarations, and access payslips where applicable.

GCR International does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any portal feature and may update, archive, or remove records in accordance with internal retention requirements, operational processes, or legal obligations.


Uploaded Documents

Users may upload documents such as CVs, certificates, supporting documents, timesheets, expense declarations, and other approved files. By uploading any document, you confirm that:

  • The file is accurate and relevant
  • The file does not contain malware, malicious code, or unlawful material
  • You are authorised to submit the file
  • The file does not infringe the rights of any third party

GCR International may remove, reject, or restrict access to uploaded files that are inappropriate, harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, or not aligned with the intended use of the system.


Privacy and POPIA

GCR International is committed to processing personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

By using the website or portal, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and used in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA / Privacy Notice.
